yet another reason to hate CSI:Miami

According to the official CBS website (hey, it's break, I can do what I like with my time, and for the record I was mostly just listening as I catalogued my outgoing poetry subs) the actor Jonathan Togo plays a character who attended a Boston college and was top in his class at the Academy before joining the ranks of the Miami-Dade PD.

Nowhere, however, have the producers for the show decided to address the fact that this character appears to be TWELVE YEARS OLD.

This is giving me a great idea for a show: MIDDLE SCHOOL COP. Basically it's Doogie Howser (or what I've been told of "Doogie Howser," since I never actually watched an episode) only on the police force. The show will be a mid-season smash, but quickly fade in popularity once the viewing audience of ten-year-old girls are captivated by something else, and we'll have it end with Middle School Cop being shot at a routine traffic stop by a drunken, and angry, driver.
