1. Wake up and marvel that I am not heading off to Grizzlebee's.
2. Wake up and boo the fact that it is pouring rain, thus no visit to the farmers market.
3. Decide instead to check out the B's new teaching digs.
4. Happen upon a liquor store sign that screams RUPIPER.
5. Photograph the Madison skyline and random yellow flowers in the rain.
6. Wander around Home Depot and buy halogens to mount under the kitchen cabinets so I don't have to cook in ugly fluorescent lighting anymore.
7. Say "fuck it" to waiting for the first paycheck and buy potted herbs.
8. Get dirt all over the kitchen floor.
9. Cook a big pot of Cincy chili and a big-ass carrot cake.
10. Play Trivial Pursuit while eating the above for dinner.
11. Debate writing poem about lobsters; instead, fall asleep while listening to the (still-pouring) rain.
