The weekend checklist:

--the B on my doorstep days earlier than expected
--three friends roadtripping their way over from Madison
--one bunch yellow tulips
--one bunch purple tulips
--twelve-pack sampler of Arcadia Ales
--one big bowl of freshly prepped guac
--one big dish of fresh pico de gallo, extra chunky
--plans to hit up bad, bad karoke with GR peeps
--the western mitten tour: the campus, the office, maybe the still-cold beach, and of course a smattering of fine local watering holes

and perhaps most importantly:

--giant briefcase of work, to be ignored until Sunday afternoon
